Our After-Sales Services

If you have not yet selected a machine for your production, our technical team collaborates with engineers from Taiwan and China to choose the right machine for your product.

We share all equipment details, brands, and quality information of the selected machine with you.

We provide weekly reports on the manufacturing status and updates of the machine, whether chosen by you or by us.

Once the machine is ready, we present its final status to you via live demonstration or video.

We arrange the mold set required for your desired product along with the machine.

The mold set is installed in the machine, and we provide a video showing your product in operation.

Optionally, the installation of your machine is carried out by ONY, Ronen engineers, or us. After installation, we provide machine training and operator training. (Subject to additional charge)

Optionally, after installation, we perform the initial product setup and manufacture the first 1,000 units with ONY, Ronen engineers, or us. We provide training on mold and technical details related to the product. (Subject to additional charge)

Optionally, we handle the six-month periodic maintenance of your machine. Maintenance schedules, replacement parts, and required maintenance equipment are shared with you, and all necessary maintenance is undertaken by us when due. (Subject to additional charge)

5-Year Machine Warranty

We provide a five-year warranty for machines that are installed and fully maintained by our team. Within the warranty scope, necessary replacement parts are provided free of charge, tested, and the machine is reactivated.

In case of unexpected or user-related malfunctions, we offer same-day online support. If the issue cannot be resolved through online support, a fault detection technician is dispatched within three days. Based on the issue, we guarantee the fastest repair action. This service is subject to additional charges.

The pricing of these optional services varies depending on the machine and location. These options will be shared with you along with your machine quotation.
