Personnel Training Center

With our expert team, we provide theoretical and practical training for your new or recently hired personnel. Through theoretical training, your employees gain lasting knowledge on various topics, from the history of bolts to technical drawing interpretation and lot tracking. Practical training is conducted at our factory in Çayırova, Kocaeli, where machine-specific training is tailored to your needs.

Practical training topics are determined by you and may include:

• Transfer nut presses
• Transfer bolt presses
• Double-stroke screw presses
• Thread rolling machines with dies or three rollers
• Flanged, servo, or four-head tapping machines
• Production quality control processes

At the end of the training period, which varies depending on the subject, your personnel quickly adapt to production and add value to your operations. For personnel traveling from outside the city, we provide accommodation at our partner hotels and cover transportation costs.

Depending on the number of personnel, our training team can also support you at your own location.
